The answer is, more and more.
At gigglemusic we’re trawling the websites of the opera houses and concert halls of the world to update our own gigglemusic schedule of musical events. We’ve added thousands. The world is suddenly opening up, tentatively in some countries, but in others, exuberantly.
More than 120 events are promised at the Salzburg Summer Festival, as well as four or five a day for much of the season at Vienna’s Musikverein. The Buxton Festival in Derbyshire will offer an excitingly varied selection of theatre, chamber, orchestral and operatic performances, and on a smaller scale, the English Music Festival in Horsham will offer music by Purcell, Handel, Novello, Coward, Parry, Alwyn and Gay.
The Royal Opera House in London, the Bastille Opera, Graz and Glyndebourne are about to open their doors. We may be masked and socially separate in the amphitheatre and stalls, but the green sounds of recovery are unmistakable, and hopefully irreversible.

You can find thousands of Events on gigglemusic. Tap the Events bubble on the app’s Home Page to find out what’s on near you today. Use the arrows to see the following days’ schedules, and the filters to search by event type, or texts such as ‘Schiff’, ‘Oud’, or ‘Butterfly’. If there’s no event that matches your criteria, tap the double arrow buttons to search for matching events anytime in the future or the past.
Alternatively, start with Groups. Groups are orchestras, choirs, venues, festivals, clubs and many other kinds of musical organization. Once you’ve found the Group you’re looking for, tap the dots to the right of the Group Name (‘…’) to access the Group’s entire schedule.
If you find an Event you want to go to, tap the ‘add to diary’ icon next to the Event and add it to your diary (your diary is visible on the Home Page or from the Diary icon in the lower bar).
You can make a Group a Favourite, and then access it and its schedule more easily from the Groups icon in the lower bar.
